Who I Am

Performance coach.
Movement specialist.

Dre Sola is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a B.S. in Kinesiology and years of experience working with athletes at every level — from youth development through professional baseball. He has built return-to-play programs, designed advanced training methodologies, and coached inside elite performance environments at the collegiate and professional level.

Every program he builds is grounded in how athletes actually move — not just how much they can lift. The goal is always the same: athletes who are stronger, more durable, and harder to hurt.
