A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a B.S. in Kinesiology and years of experience working with athletes at every level, from youth development through professional baseball. I've built return-to-play programs, designed advanced training methodologies, and coached inside elite performance environments at the collegiate and professional level.

Now I'm pursuing my Doctorate in Physical Therapy to become one of the rare practitioners who can lead athletes through training, rehabilitation, and return to performance — without ever having to hand them off.

Built the academic foundation in Exercise and Sport Physiology at the University of Central Florida. Developed the scientific framework that underpins every training decision made since.
2023–2024
Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach — UCF Baseball
Worked inside a Power 5 collegiate baseball program developing strength, speed, and sport-specific performance for Division I athletes.
2024–2025
Performance Coach — Private Facility
Transitioned into the private performance space, working with athletes across a broad spectrum of sports and levels. Expanded programming experience beyond the collegiate model into individualized athlete development.
2025–2026
Assistant Director of Performance — Private Facility
Elevated into a leadership role overseeing performance programming and athlete development at a private facility serving athletes from the youth level through the professional ranks.
2026–2028
Pre-DPT — Tampa, FL
Deliberately pursuing the clinical credential that closes the gap between performance and rehabilitation. Gaining hands-on exposure to the clinical side of sports medicine while continuing to coach and build in public.
2028–2031
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Full-time DPT program. Three years of clinical and didactic education built on top of a performance foundation most PT students never have. Continuing to coach, create, and document the journey publicly throughout.

Sports PT residency, SCS certification, and a role inside professional or collegiate sports medicine. The rare practitioner who can lead an athlete from peak performance through injury, rehabilitation, and back to the field — without ever handing them off.
